Can I reserve products?
Yes you can, it can be reserved for up to 2 weeks. all you have to do is send me an email via the contact us tab about the product you are interested in I will check the availability of the product and then let you know. I will then reserve the product for up to two weeks only. if I have not heard a response by then the product will be put back into elleni may Shopping Store. Sorry :(
Can I still purchase product that say’s Out Of Stock?
Yes you can, if it is still available from my supplier. I will contact my supplier to check if it is still in stock. Then I will contact you via email to inform you on the availability and when it will be in.
How do I make a multiple purchase on a item?
All you have to do is update your cart by clicking into the box where it tells you how many items you have and change the number to what ever you desire. For example: if it says 1 then you simply change it to 2 or 3 etc.
I’m trying to purchase 2 or more of a product but it will not let me what do I do?
When you click on a product then add it to your cart and then you update the number of that particular item and it does not allow you, this means that there is no more of that particular item in stock. For example if there is only 3 Tea Towels in stock and you wanted 4 and you attempt to update the quantity to 4 it will not allow you as there is only three in stock.
